Pass-a-Grille
Pass-a-Grille is the oldest end of St Pete Beach, a narrow grid of streets laid between the Gulf and the Intracoastal that was its own town before the city absorbed it, and it is now a National Register historic district. The Don CeSar quarter at its northern edge reads as an extension of the same place, and I treat the two as one map: the pink hotel on the point, the historic grid behind it, and the walkability that neither ever really loses. Much of what changes hands here comes with an association attached, and it is the association's books, rather than the porch, that decide what owning it actually costs.
